I purchased a manifold from a member to make it into l&r valves for side mount. I went to fill the tank with the right valve on it and it was leaking from the burst disk.... got a new disk and rebuild kit, just went to fill it and same thing leaking from burst disk at 500psi. What could be causing this

Thought maybe I got a bad disk so swaped em out with another new one and the one from the left valve and still the same thing

Well on closer inspection the face of the valve where the burst disk seats is damaged. Looks like someone tighten the disk to tight and nicked the face where it won't seal off now
