In an age where there is now more "dis-" than "service, I've got to share kudos where they are due.
I had a leak and after dissassembling/cleaning my wing noted the bladder had seperated from the inflator assembly. On Monday afternoon I called DR to explain. I work for a DR dealer and mentioned that I also teach in this rig so I needed it back in a timely manner. They gave me an RA# so I rushed to UPS that afternoon. Of course at UPS they wanted to sell me overnight air for shipping
. Sent standard ground.
UPS delivered Wed morning. Boy was I suprised when I got a phone call on my cellphone at lunchtime on Wed from DR. Yes the bladder and assembly has already been replaced under warranty and it's packed for shipment back to you today. I got it Friday morning. That's about a 2 hour turnaround within DR...the rest was UPS. Amazing! You guys (and gals) rock! Thanks for the great service and turnaround.
BTW, for years their level of responsiveness on the phone has been supburb on a great product but this was the first time I actually had a warranty repair. Glad their quality products don't need much of this but when it does happen, they back it with awesome service.
