I say you are correct. The fact that the books say they don't live up here is a bit odd, as that is obviously an adult. So it makes the ID a rather strange one.. good catch, by the way...also the grey color is rather strange..


I've seen them (speared) around Boca Raton. Rare up here (as are hogfish).

Man, I'm really wanting to get an underwater camera, just nothing big or expensive (anything over 200 or 300 is expensive for me.) like the G10.

Canon A570is + Housing runs around $300, but you'll need a strobe for all but the shallowest/clearest water. If you don't mind green photos/video, or you have the software to compensate, it's a great place to start.
 
Sometimes sacrifices have to be made in the name of beauty...I am guessing you know a lot about that issue.:rofl3:

Sad but true. I am constantly having to bruise men's egos for their unsolicited concern of mine....:humble:
