Great shots and trip report. My first time diving out of Destin and I really enjoyed it. In fact, I think I am going back next week for a second helping.

Sadly, it will be the week after for me.

Well those pics are great. enjoyed the report and pics.

Jim,

Nice to see ya this past weekend! Thanks for the tank and the use of the light. Helped my photos tremendously but got a long way - a really long way to get the quality of your worst ones! Which are few!! (if any) The 133 tank was superb!

Well the 2nd part of the day (trip) we went to the Rock Reef ( I think it was also referred to as the Mister T reef) Looked very familiar to me - been to Mr. T several times! I think the captains may make up there on names! SeaCobra's Staff has never heard of Mr. T reef! the 2nd dive was to the Miss louise! Bunch of students on the afternoon trip!

Later,
Jay

Jim,

It was nice meeting you Saturday. Thanks for the report and for posting the pictures. Great photos - thanks for sharing them.

Chris

Puffer, I'm not sure what you are complaining about regarding your photos; they look nice to me and I can't detect any degradation of your typical high standards! The crab shots are cool.

I got seriously distracted by having images come out over and under exposed...it lead to just shooting and not planning the picture.. hate doing that.

I had more backscatter than I should have also, because I was not paying attention to the strobe location and direction..(I use the focus light on them to align them up correctly, but the one with the bad battery would not come one initially)

Should have had squid pictures.. another crab species....arggggggg.

The crab shots did come out nice...thanks

I'm glad you and Chris could make it. We have to do that sometime on a Sat, when I am not rushing to get back up to Auburn...

Great Pictures. What is this?
