Just returned from GCM last week and dived with Neptune Divers. I have nothing but praise for their outfit, which is well run, safe, dependable and they take you out to a variety of great dive sites. They only take out small manageable groups of ~8 divers. Check out my trip report on this board.

I just got back from GC last Saturday. I highly recommend Jason Washington from Ambassador Divers. Excellent customer service and picks up from the hotel. We only had 3-4 divers on the boat everyday - it was like a private charter! When I lost my underwater camera, Jason looked for it for 10 minutes and found it!!! Thank goodness for calm seas that day!

Log another vote for Neptune's Divers ( Neptune's Divers, Cayman's Original 8 Divers Max ).
Keith and Casey run a great outfit and they preach both reef preservation and safety. They can dive either from SMB, North Sound or South Sound, depending on the weather, so there's less chance of losing dive days due to winds and such.

I have used Neptune and Off the Wall. Would reco either one.
As an aside, across from the Ritz Carlton is "Eats" restaurant/sports bar if the costs at the Ritz ($78.35) for lunch for 2, get to you. Also liquor store and supermaket for snacks across road.
