Our older staff members get one month salary extra when they quit smoking. In my opinion employees in Indonesia are having the same rights as people in Europe and the States, to work in a smoke free environment.

How about if they refused to give up?
I can make my office smoke free but I cannot force my staff to quit smoking. If I sack them for being a smoker, I would be in big trouble.

I have used Two Fish in Lembeh several yrs ago, no problem whatsoever. And we might go back with them in Bunakan next yr.
