I was out with them last month.

Nice boat, good crew. Doubles friendly, but don't go into deco. The first person to book that day calls the dives.

Bring your own snacks. They do have water. The dry box is on the small side.

The boat uses a ladder.

Anyone have experience with this operator. Pros...cons? Ladder or belly board? etc...

I use them exclusively when I'm diving Boca. Great sites, excellent crew. Light snacks and juice/water provided.

He has AL-80's but make sure you let him know if you need tanks, as he is sometimes lazy about filling them (and cranky if he runs out). I usually rent HP100's somewhere else, but I'm a hoover. Once Tony gets to know you and your dive habits, he'll be pretty good about letting you dive an alternate plan (backside of the reefs/spearfishing, etc.) This is a "Live Boat Drift dive" usually, so stay with the flag, or face his wrath. He'll throw a hissy if you come up unmarked (away from flag and/or without SMB).

Lots of locals dive with him. Family friendly, easy off and on (giant-stride and ladder). Good gear arrangement, stable boat (dedicated dive boat). Wish I were going :(
