Dive Mississippi or LA

Need reccomendations on dive sites in LA and Mississippi. I am driving through from Texas and would love some spring or quarry stops to break the monotony. Thanks!!

There's always Toledo Bend, although I have heard the diving there can be pretty..well, let just say...interesting.

Rig dives off Fouchon LA or Biloxi MS would be good if you can find someone running in the winter. Grouper and AJs are in, if you can shoot between the (now protected) sow red snappers and red drum mobbing the rigs.

There are a few folks coonin' for oysters this time of year in the Mississipi sound. Low vis but tasty fresh salty oysters.
