Line cutter on my wrist and a knife attached to my BCD.
You did not provide enough information. A knife can be attached to a BCD in such a way that it cannot be reached with both hands. Good for you for not doing that.If you read my post, I also stated that I have a knife attached to my BCD. It can be reached using both hands.
Don't dive there. I wouldn't.Some countries don't allow you to carry dive knives.
What countries are those? Some countries don't allow you to carry dive knives.
You're right, sorry, my bad.You did not provide enough information. A knife can be attached to a BCD in such a way that it cannot be reached with both hands. Good for you for not doing that.
Well, they can rest easy. Since I won't dive without a knife, I won't bring one there. No problem! You are not allowed to carry dive knives in the Cozumel Marine Park unless you are a professional diver. Just saying. I'm not taking a stance on this, I'm just reporting the regulation. And as an aside, I found a dive knife in its leather sheath at the bottom at a dive in Koh Tao. The DM said he was going to sharpen it back up and keep it.
