Hallo, Philippine divers!
Warm greetings from San Francisco, California!
On behalf of the Coral Reef Alliance, I would like to invite you to join our Earth Day celebration, Dive In To Earth Day. All you have to do is
- organize a fun marine conservation activity or event in your area any time between now and early May.
- register your activity or event at www.coral.org/divein/register.
We will send you a free support packet containing outreach and educational materials. We will also include you in a raffle to win some great prizes!
- 10 TUSA 'Passage' buoyancy control jackets (L, XL)
- 10 TUSA 'Platina Hyperdry' mask and snorkel sets
- 10 TUSA 'Imprex' fins (Small, Regular)
- 1 pair Atomic Aquatic SplitFins
- 3 Apollo Bio-Micro Filters for your regulator
Some of these will also go to the photo contest prize winners, so don't forget to take good, high-resolution photos (at least 300dpi) to enter!
Keep up with Dive In happenings as there may be other chances to win prizes such as underwater cameras. <www.coral.org/divein>
Some ideas for a Dive In activity are: a fun class on coral reefs for kids, a beach or underwater cleanup, a mooring buoy installation, a concert to raise funds for your MPA, an art contest. For more ideas, please visit www.coral.org/divein/activityideas.
Last year, we had 391 organizers from 74 countries. Come aboard the Dive In Boat and become a part of something big - Dive In To Earth Day!
