Just to let everybody know, Joe Talavera will be in town Thursday and Friday nights, teaching a seminar at Northwest Sports Divers. The seminar is on dive planning and gas management, and includes "Scuba Math" (rational approximations you can do in your head) and "Battlefield Calculations" (more of the same). He's also hinted that he will get into some of the gas planning for simple decompression diving.
Any and all are welcome. Class will be 6 to 9 each night, at NWSD, and cost is $125.
