Either offshore or places like 288 lakes, Mannoth Lake, Blue Lagoon......but Galveston? :rofl3:

Galveston sometimes has decent vis in late summer for a few weeks. We have done the jetties, flagship and the grass off of San Louis Pass. Also there is Ofatts Bayou off of 61 street. There is also a barge sunk by the outside end of the north jetty.

A kayak or other small boat would be helpful on the San Loius Pass and barge wreck.
