Is there a thread that discusses the ideas to make it safer for divers on the surface, with respect to the dive flag, to increase dive flag awareness? I'm sure there are many of us who would like to know about the ideas that were brought up at the previous meeting. Is something that can be discussed here?

Hi, I have been diving in the Philippines for about 28 years, but I hope to settle down in the Florida Panhandle area by next year. How is the spear fishing off shore. Here in the Philippines we make beach entries and shoot mackeral. Can that be done in Florida?

Please! Simply start a thread to discuss it. According to FWC, about %50 of the flags in Florida are not flown correctly.
