I'll be flying home to see family in the southeastern Connecticut area on the 28th and leaving the 31st. If anyone is down for a shore dive, I would love to poke around and see what critters we can find.

In afterthought, does anyone know where I can reliably find things like dogfish or bluefish schools from shore?

pretty much forget about shore access.Try Noel at Orbit Marine in Bridgeport. Orbit is a lds that has boats for local dives to a few wrecks in the area.

I see you're looking at SE and orbit is western LI sound. There are a couple threads regarding watch hill RI and Fishers island. You may reach out directly to those posters through PM?

Thanks guys! I'll scope out the aforementioned threads and see what shakes out and maybe look up a few LDS's for suggestions.
