Meeting friends at Ginnie Springs and want to head down earlier to catch a dive boat. Any recommendations for a dive boat ~2 hours from Ginnie Springs? I am looking for a newbie friiedly non cattle boat. Will also be hiring a DM as a dive buddy. Any recommendations?

When are you looking for a dive?

There are several of us (7) who are on a 3 tank off-shore dive with Diver's Den out of Panama City Saturday, Sep 16th.

I think there still may be 3 slots left open.

The week of October 16. Meeting friends at Ginnie Springs on Friday October 20th.

Ooooohhhh . . . too bad ya can't get down a couple of days earlier !!!!

You could make "Vortoberfest II" at Vortex Spring (just up the road from Ginnie)

Panama City isn't exactly 2 hours from Ginnie either! :)

Your best bet is either Jacksonville or Carrabelle (South of Tallahassee). In Carrabelle, you want to look at a boat called Pressure Drop. It's a bit expensive, but a VERY nice boat. 54 footer used as a 6 pack. There will be NO crowding issues!

Best of luck.

Sorry, my fault !!!! I was thinking of Morrison . . .

Forgive me ?????? :sorry19z:
