Cayman 27 News has a report that includes a quote from Cathy Church calling it a miscommunication accident between her and the crew, but the DiveTech owner Joanna Mikutowicz, was interviewed and adamantly insists that it was negligence, not an accident, see the link below:

On another forum a witness to the accident said that it looked like the DiveTech boat was sinking, so I am very glad that they made it safely and that no one was hurt during the incident. It could have been very bad.
It appears that the marine investigators (and probably the insurance companies) will be stepping in to study and resolve the situation.

The scariest part is they mention snorklers were in the water thank God no one was run over.
