+1 Pete.
I've yet to make the dive down there, but have been invited down by their staff. I may go between semesters in December or January. (pet project)
The dive is a bit pricy when you consider that the ocean is so close that you can throw rocks at it. On the other hand, for those who want a salt-water dive w/o the issues of being in the open ocean, it's not so bad...possibly practical. The key there is that when you make the dive, you become part of the aquarium show for patrons outside the aquarium.
They provide everything. The only personal equipment allowed is a personal mask. This helps them eliminate the possiblity of outside contaminants entering the aquarium. 2.5mm shorty wetsuit, BCD, tank, air, fins, spg w/o depth gauge - air only, and mask. It's supposed to be roughly a 3 hour process to get into the aquarium as they take patrons on a "behind the scenes" tour of the facility prior to the dive. The dive is 40-60 minutes (generally 40 min).
Also, for those owning the HUD masks, last I checked they were not allowed due to the batteries that are used in the mask, but subject to change.
