That sucks but not sure that is necessarily a bombshell since a lot of people are buying such insurance precisely because they are going out of the country. What that brings up and may be discussed somewhere is how much your health insurance covers of the medical part since the people that can't buy that insurance are in country. Given the cost of evacuation (gee is it worse than outside the US?!) that is certainly still a need and the chamber itself, but otherwise, are you somehow not covered for general medical coverage because of your activity?
