You might try Australia as mentioned. I spent some time in Port Douglas, quite a few women on the beach were topless and never bothered. I have to admit, I sure didn't mind. The diving was great and the surface intervals were not bad either.

I don't know what the diving is like in Jamaica, but I stayed at "Couples" and enjoyed myself. They had a quiet section of the beach reserved for clothing optional guests. It was fenced off from the rest of the property so if people wanted to stare, they had to go along the shore line of the beach to look. No one bothered you and everyone there didn't care if you had your top off or more. Very respectful.

Just as an FYI, if you are staying in Jamaica at hotel or another property, you can still go to Hedonism (at least the one in Negril). I think it is one price for a day pass and another for the night pass. The pass is all inclusive (unlimited drinks, meals, etc.). I believe the property is divided into "Prudes" & "Nudes". If you want to go to the "Nudes" section...be prepared! :wacko:

A friend of mine recently told me of a property in the Keys that is clothing optional, Atlantic Shores (http://atlanticshores.cc/asr/index.html). BUT, if you are offended or appalled by homosexuality, do not go here. It is Key West after all.

We hear that Orient Beach is the "destination" nude beach on the island. Any advice on this one?
