Anyone know anything about a dive accident yesterday afternoon at around 2:30 pm? It occurred about 2 miles north of Boca Inlet in about 60-70 fsw. Four people on a Cat with twin outboards.

Please PM if you have knowledge you do not want public.

Thanks.

Joe

This sounds like it since the time and the location is right. The last 2 weeks, the radio chatter on Ch16 has been on fire first thing in the morning when we get out there with 2- 8 people in the water or floating at the CG warning people to observe only and report, but do not take them to shore. This is a peak travel time of year because of favorable strong currents.

For others reading, I dive Jupiter and all incidents are miles and miles well south of us, but the CG radio can be heard for 60+ miles everywhere so no way to help, let alone observe.

What do you mean people in the wster but CG says not to take them to shore and observe only? Also didn't see how your link relates to OPs question.
