Dive 100 - NAKED!!!!

All right, so who actually bought into this 100th dive is a naked dive, and made their 100th dive naked, because it's a "dive tradition".

My hat is off to the person with the good looking buddy that started this tradition, "no really, everybody does it, it's a dive tradition".

According to southern humorist Lewis Grizzard Naked means you simply don't have on any clothes. Nekkid, on the other hand, means that you don't have on clothes and you are up to something.

Lil Ronnie and the Grand Dukes also tells of being buck nekkid and sweatin'.

For me - I don't see the big deal (no pun intended) I don't need an excuse for a naked or nekkid dive.

The last day that Cypress Spring was open for business, before the water company took over, we did (you guessed it) a naked night dive. We weren't up to nothing except having fun.

Things to think about before nekkid diving.

1.) Shrinkage - Seinfield did a whole episode just on this subject.
I don't have to worry about shrinkage

just cold water 'nippleage'.

10.) Rarely do we have super-models on the boat. somehow everyone is not where close to that.
I'm no super model...but I've never had anyone object to seeing me naked.

ive been at Kurnell when a woman comes out after dive #1, takes off her wetsuit, changes tanks and head out for dive #2 in a black bikini

then she came back out of the water about 40mins later and some of the other divers coming out started applauding loudly

we figured she tried to do it by stealth but was noticed

Hadn't thought about it, but I'm not shy at naked beaches so I don't see why it would be different on a dive boat. I think (for the most part) people in the US are too uptight about nudity.
