I have yoke regs for 3 family members. See myself at some point moving to din..at some point. Have a good deal pending on LP steel 100's w oms din valves. I believe they are 200 bar. Is it true that 300 bar valves are too deep to accept a yoke reg over the valve, also the valve would be too deep for an insert to work....would screw too far to seat? So if I had an insert in a din valve that accepted a yoke reg and pressured up with no problem...am I good to go????? I know I should have more info.. tank and valve pressures ...but too cold to run out to garage w flashlight. Thanks for all assist

You are correct

200 bar == 7 threads == DIN insert == Yoke reg

300 bar == 9 threads != DIN insert != Yoke

There is no issue with using 200 bar (aka convertible valve) with 3442 psi cylinders.
