Would any adapter be OK?

Like how would we know if there is a good vs bad (not safe) adapter?
 
I don't use a converter, but carry a yoke fitting and just change them over if no usable DIN tanks available.
Exactly..... takes about a minute and better than using the adaptor. I dive DIN HP's only here in the PAC NW and so if I am taking a tropical trip I just swap back to yoke. I do carry the adaptor in my tool kit just in case. I also carry a DIN fill adaptor......just in case...
