I use one of the Citizen dive watches that have a depth gauge. It's just for convenience (ie my computer is on my console) so the fact that it's not digital isn't very important to me. The up side is when you're not underwater, you have a nice looking watch 
btw, my wife uses a D3 for the same thing. She chose it because a) we've had good luck w/ our Cobra's b) any dive watch w/ depth was too big for her to wear as a regular watch.
