God bless, Jim. Praying for good things.

you and your family are in my thoughts

More news. They were supposed to put the tube in today. When they went in they discovered that her gall bladder is full of stones and sludge. They had to stop. Another surgeon is coming in Friday to remove the gall bladder and put the tube in. They did do a thoracentesis and took out 775mL of fluid from the pleural space. she is breathing easier but white count is still up and suspicion is that the gall bladder is contributing to that.
In the meantime your cards have started to arrive and the smile on her face as a result of that is really nice to see. I'll be sending thank you PM's as I'm able. Her mom said to tell all of you how thoughtful you are and God Bless you all. She had no idea how the dive community supports it's own (divers and their families) in times of need. She's finding that out now.

Hello Jim and we are praying for you both. Please know you both are in my thoughts.
Cards on there way my friend, hang in there.

Jim, I'm new here, but already your excellent posts have made a difference for me. Thank you.

When I read this post, I found myself thinking how lucky your wife is to have a partner like you. I'll be thinking of both of you, and I wish you strength, health, and continued good spirits.

B.
