Did the trader rating feature go away? Can I leave feedback?

It can be found on each post in a Marketplace forum.It's also available on your user profile, look for the iTrader Rating tab on the right side.

My account must be screwy then. I see NO trader related content in any user profile, just as there was no feedback link in the original thread. If I am given a link, it works fine, but by normal navigation this feature seems very hidden from me. Something has to be broken.

Indeed, you're using the ScubaBoard Classic style. Only ScubaBoard Default (and its child styles) have that functionality.
