I stumbled on this a while back. It's somewhat dated in someways as some of the links in there are dead, but it does list a bunch of sites in Florida, and mostly identifies what level of training is appropriate.

Is Little River still closed? If so, that's sad.

I helped lay some of the cables there, in the 70s. Amazing cave, even if it did have a large death toll.
