As a long-time fan of Johnny Cash, I also used to be the man in black... wetsuits. For years I bought nothing but. The last three have been multi-colored.

Two of them, a Seaquest X-Flex and a Tilos, were blue and black. On both suits the blue fabric deteriorated much more rapidly than the black. In fact with the Seaquest, the blue fabric began separating and tearing after about 25 dives.

I was wondering if others have had the same experience with blue fabric (or other colors)? I'm thinking of returning to plain black... especially since I live on "The Ring of Fire!"
