Well I've had to have my tanks tumbled once. I have been more cautious since then. I just thought it would be a good preventative if there was something out there.
 
Here is a thought - I am not sure if it has merit, but is interesting.

Warm air holds moisture better than cold air. Let you tank sit in the sun after you last dive of the day, the air will warm and absorb more moisture. Then bleed it down slowly to 200PSI prior to getting a clean, dry fill. For small amounts of moisture, this might help.
