PRINCETON TECTONICS BOTTOM TIMER

A little old but they work and can be reasonably priced on eBay. I have one that I picked up back in the day for selected dives, it still works. No batteries, you wind it up.

There is no problem that can't be solved with a liberal application of sex, tequila, money, duct tape, or high explosives, not necessarily in that order.
I have two of those, and they both work and hold perfect time. They were free in boxes of dive junk people give me.
Combine that with an analog depth gauge and you never have to worry about batteries.

There's plenty of computers that can be put into gauge mode. I do that with a Scubapro 2g. I also own a Xen and a Uwatec digital depth gauge.

I have the Scubapro 330m. It's a nice, cheap bottom timer and the non-replaceable battery should last about 10 years.

Thanks so much guys. I like the scubapro bottom timer too. Also considering the option of wearing a depth gauge separately on the same wrist along with a cheaper dive watch.

I use a older uwatec bottom timer and love it... Also use a plain dive watch on the same wrist to have a back up I can always see.. Then have depth gauge on console.. Works well as a system...
