Hey Gang,

I am offering a DEMA presentation for SDI/TDI that is open to EVERYONE. It is entitled "Staying Connected", and will be about using Social Media to promote your business. I will be discussing the pros, the cons, the dos and the don'ts of attracting business via social media. I will be covering Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums and of course: ScubaBoard. :D

What I would like to know is this: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT???

Also, if you are doing a presentation, feel free to piggy back it right in this thread.

Something I notice alot that SB is getting better at since we have been members is thread moderation.

So maybe "When to bring in Moderators."

Of course, this really isn't an option on FB, Mspace, or Twitter, so Social Media users need to be aware of how to delete postings that are spam or might be considered offensive to their audience.

Pete,
Not trying to open wounds here, since I know things are ongoing, but will you also be covering some of the legal aspects and how to handle them?
No wound opening at all. I may touch on legal aspects of the internet, but I am no lawyer. Perhaps Mssr Sellers is putting on a presentation.

Based on input, I have edited my outline. It can continue to evolve and change as we go.

Some of the suggestions given me are in the outline already. Like "When to call the mods" is in both Turning negatives into GOLD and POV Warriors. So throw them at me. I like the input and it's helping me to focus on what YOU need.
