deleting "checked off" private messages

Sometime in the past the option existed to select specific PMs and delete them. I don't see that option. I can option a message and delete it but that is rather time consuming. I can delete ALL messages but that will cause collateral damage.
How do I delete specific messages? I'd leek to keep some of them; it's good for my self-esteem.

I ran into that yesterday. the delete is now in a drop down menu under "selected messages".

Select whichever ones you want, and delete them. The system will remember from page to page what you have checked off. You can also download all of them as text (this option is at the bottom of the page)
