Sounds like I could size up gorilla sports for dry and just improve back finning technique:-)

As soon as I think dry suit or if I am in my farmer john, semi dry, 7mm suit, I want my heavy and negative ScubaPro XL or XXL (if wearing hard boots) Jet Fins. The Eddy Flippers and the Go Sports, IMO for my uses, are best for warm(er) to temperate water diving and are excellent for travel diving since both are relatively lightweight and compact and neutral to slightly buoyant.

Backing up is just not a problem with either, Jet, Eddy Flips or Go Sports. A diver should be able to 100% manuver with their fins. No arm flapping, waving or other weirdness, 100% fins. I have no difficulty maneuvering with my camera rig, 100% with my fins, forward, backwards, up, down, spin, whatever, with either Eddy Flips or Go Sports. For me, using a reverse frog, the Eddy backs a little better, using the ankle pivot back kick that favors the side rails the Go Sport back better. Either do any and all kicks just fine. Really, maneuvering is a technique issue, not a fin issue, well, leaving out weird things like splits and Force things and all of that weirdness ;).

Working to find fins for more efficient results in back finning etc…than my SP go sports. Just having a hard time finding a good fit. I am a size 11.5-12 US slight wide. So far dive rite XT seem okay but will need XL. I really like the eddys but it feels like I toes are being pushed against the end of the box? Any suggestions ? Thanks
is it with spring or bungee ?

The go,sports have bungee
Eddy Flips have a spring, Go Sports have a bungee, Go Sport Gorillas have a larger/thicker bungee. I have come to prefer the bungee to springs.

my loved rk3 are size l/xl for came with a spring i where size 13 us. For some reason it did the same thing to me the spring was crushing my toes. I remove it and replace it with "regular plastic strap".

Problem sort out no more pain.

Be safe
