This is what I have. I can post some actual pictures of the exact item when I get home. You'd be able to swap back and forth from Din to Yoke for vacation diving without using an adapter that bangs in the back of your head as it protrudes off the tank. I thought I would do this, in reality, I just don't dive Yoke tanks.

I have 2 and I also have a few adapters for converting din to yoke. Honestly I just don't go on that many trips... we usually drive, and I usually take my own tanks... at least for the last 3 years.
