Yes I finally called them. No we can't print out a card if we sign up online, if we want our card in 72 hrs which is the quickest, we just have to pay extra of A$11 to process that which I did over the phone. ;-)

I just have to wait 72 hours to see my card.

If you have that, you have a way to confirm coverage. Put it on travel documents, C-card, etc.
