I have my Pacer XLP which I've used for years, matter of fact my L.P seat for this (In Photo) lasted well over 6 years. It lasted that long because I always used the PBD.

My main question is, since this is a balanced assembly, and the L.P seat is integrated in it. Is any possible way to replace it?

Is it possible to puncture an A244 Trident Seat and somehow manage to fit it in the Seat Assembly or is it not possible.

I was wondering also if there is any other type of Balanced Seat Assembly that fits Dacor Pacers or Dacor has it's own fit.

I and I'm sure many others sadly gave up our Dacor equipment when it became impossible to get replacement parts. I have vintage USD, Voit, Healthways/SP regulators that are still diveable because their respective manufacturers [AL for USD, Mares for Voit, SP for Healthways] still produce service kits, or in some cases Trident makes the kit. Good luck with finding a replacement seat for your XLP. I'd try using a Trident seat, and picking out the old Dacor seat for replacement.

I might have a spare.
I'm away from my shop for a couple of weeks, but let me look and I'll let you know then.

Putting an A244 into the shaft after cutting off the existing tip would be a machining nightmare. You'd have to glue the two together while preserving the center channel. I think it might actually be easier to pry off the newer blue seat material in aftermarket Aqualung seats and cement that on top of the black Dacor seat.
