D1 and D7 hybrid questions

I am thinking about purchasing a D1 hybrid. With the integrated boots, the expected integrated gloves coming in 2012, silicon seals and the 3D mesh liner, it seems like the almost perfect suit. It might be perfect if it had a front entry zipper.

So I looked at the D7 hybrid and it does have a front entry but no 3D mesh liner. Is that the basic difference between the two models?

Can you get the 3D mesh liner installed in the D7?
