I have a 7mm bibbed Fourth Element hood, and am looking to cut off the bib. It was great for cold water wetsuit diving, but now it's just a pita. Any tips or tricks for cleanly cutting neoprene? Don't want to lose style points now.

Xacto knife and a cardboard template. I've used this method numerous times and it works well provided you take your time.

Guillotine

I cut mine off with sharp sissors. No need for special anything - just follow the seam.
