Spoke with Mike and all is well. I'm a happy diver again. The love is flowing and I'm a fan.

In these tough times, customer service is lacking in many industries, including my own. No one wants to take ownership, they simply pass it to the next in line. Today, Mike promptly returned my call and email and the situation has been rectified to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase his product again in the future.
