I sent an e-mail to Scubapro US through the website's "contact us" link nearly a month ago, and have not received a reply. Is there a direct e-mail that I can use to forward my question/concern about a recent experience with your company?

Good luck. I tried for months contacting Scubapro and couldn't ever get a response.
 
I will tell you Gabe took care of my issue with in 72 hours of my reaching out to any and all on the board. You might follow Kate's request and CC Gabe for when he returns from vacation
