Custom Made Hoods For Cold Water Diving

I have recently just finished my dry suit course and look forward to diving near home in Northern California. Having done all my previous diving in warm water I've never had to bother with hoods, but now I have a problem with finding a hood that fits.

I have a neck that is disproportionately large compared to the rest of me. That means either choking with a hood that is too tight for my neck but fits my head (not really an option) or using one that fits my neck but which leaves a lot of material elsewhere and slips around a bit. In practice I have been somewhere in between- getting the worst of all options- a hood that is uncomfortably tight on the neck but sit too loose around the chin and head.

Does anyone know of a firm that makes (reasonably priced?) custom fitted hoods? 5mm?

Wet Wear makes a darn fine hood and it doesn't have a ridiculous banner printed on it.

I have a Bare hood with a zipper up the back I usually just zip it part way so the head is snug but the neck is looser. If custom is to expensive this has worked for me for 5 years or so.
