Hello
I am looking for dive log pages that people have created themselves and would not mind sharing. I have gone through a few different log books and want to find one that works for me. I use a computer, do not use nitrox or write a long comments.

Thank You

You could use this as is, but I designed it to make a small booklet. I print it on both sides - on a different printer you might have to adjust a bit so it comes out lined up on both sides. Cut the pages in half horizontally, stack, staple down the middle, fold. Each log entry will be across 2 pages in the resulting book. Holds lots of dives in a small space.

Or if you have access to a sewing machine sew it right down the middle like a real book, more durable as staples can rust or pull apart.

Damselfish - Thank You
I would think that ScubaBoard would create a area where people could put their custom log pages, I found a few scattered about in different forums but it would be great if there was one location.

Here's one I've been using for a few years. I print it on heavy paper and punch it for my divelog binder. Ask me if you want any of the fields explained.

I use the back of the sheet for comments, sketches, etc.

Thanks Bryan - little concerned about the "if lost" but great to see how each person has created things important to them.

This is the one that I made up. I print this on heavy 8.5" x 11" both sides and then cut it in half and three hole punch it for my binder.

"if lost" should actually be "if separated" -- thanks for pointing that out.

Thanks Poe67 - this is the king of logs I knew people had created, customized to your needs, this is the what I am looking for people to submit.
