This was the pair a couple of weeks ago. I have been watching them to see if they would spawn. The female swims around a lot but she is in a high traffic area and may be just trying to stay out of the way.

last time we were in curacao the moon and stars must have aligned - we saw so many frogfish and seahorses it wasn't even exciting anymore - but they are such mystical creatures! The best was seeing a gray colored baby frogfish on a purple sponge - wild!
 
It was a great dive, even without the frogfish. Watamula is definitely my favorite Curacao dive and I have been to the island 4 times now. I wish we were going to be here longer I would love to dive scooter and Rehido as well (and even do Watamula again)....especially since you mentioned that you enjoy them more than Watamula....they must really be amazing.
