Cuba Travel Policy Updates: What You Need to Know

my understanding that they match you with a cuban local that acts as a guide ( i suspect you meet for dinner once and on your own after) at $30 a day, thats not too bad. I would assume you could then arrange your won dive trip with one of the local dive orgs?

Would diving be considered “Support for the Cuban People” under the regulations? I don’t know, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there is no official ruling on that. The company you linked to asserts that going to museums can qualify. I’m a little skeptical.
