hi have seen this critter in the coast of spain

does somone know what it is?

Looks like the salp Thetys vagina to me. I don't see any sign of ctenes as you would see on a ctenophore (but then I need new glasses)
 
You are right, it is an thetys vagina.

I ask many people about this critter and even marine biologist, and I get the answer in scubaboard.

I'm a marine biologist and I've been stumped by a lot of critters, too.
