Hi all,
we're planning a one week trip to Croatia in September and we could use some advise.
There are a ton of dive operators and we just don't know how to weed through them.
We're now looking into Kvaren (Krk) and Split, don't ask me how we decided that we want to stay in one of those regions, they just appealed to us when flipping through a brochure.
Which one is the best? What are the main differences between the two?
Our dives: we're looking forward to sampling most of the things the Adriatic sea has to offer. I can't say we prefer fish over wrecks or something, for the simple reason we've never done any wreck diving.
For a dive operator, we would like something smallish. No cattle-boat operation please, we like the personal touch.
Any tips on hotels would be more than welcome. We prefer something small, with a lot of charm and if possible some history to the place. Also here, the personal touch does wonders.
