Wasn't an issue, we were using jukungs at macro sites and headed right back to resorts with dedicated camera rinse tanks. You'll need to check with Aquamarine re: larger boats they use. We generally try to avoid Sanur.
If you're worried about it, bring a soft cooler. Helps pad your gear in transit as well. If there's no rinse tank on board, use a bottle of fresh water and a clean cloth/towel to rinse + dry + cap your exposed optics. Maybe hit the controls with fresh water too. The last thing I'd do is leave a camera rig in a vibrating rinse tank while underway, worse yet with other cameras in there.
