Croatia in April

I am trying to plan a vacation to Croatia in April and I would like to throw in a few days of diving. I've never been to Croatia but the dive pics I've seen have been amazing.

What kind of conditions can I expect in April?

Any tips on where to dive and who to do dive with?

outside temp. will be around 20C (but can vary a lot), sea temp. is 12-18C in april...

which part of Croatia are you going to?

Thanks for the info and nice pics. I have no idea where I will be going. I just got the idea to go so I am open to any suggestions.

I am a dm with about 130 dives and I want to do some cavern diving. My buddy is a new diver, with only 15 dives so I also need a place where we can do some easy, fun dives with a lot to see.

We probably won't dive the whole week, just 2 or 3 days and spend the rest of the time relaxing somewhere scenic.

Is there a location that satisfies these criteria?

Ok a little late but I go to Rovinj it's a really great area, nice diving.
