Wow...that's a lot of math for something much simpler.
Add up the in-water weight of everything you will be wearing. Don't worry about yourself or your wetsuit, since YOU are likely very close to neutral and, at depth, a wetsuit is likely to be so compressed that it only adds a few lbs of bouyancy. Do you have close to 27 lbs of lead+backplate+tank buoyancy+regs+fins, etc? If you are even close, go up to a 36 lb wing...
In fact, just go to a 36 lb wing. That is what almost all cold-water divers wear anyhow.
