cressi sub gara 3000

about to purchase some cressi gara 3000s for freediving and i was wondering what size? i wear a 10.5 - 11 shoe size. i may even be using a 3mm sock every now and then to dive as i am in so cal. i am thinking a size large would work. any input advice would be great. thanks.

I wear a 9.5 or 10. My Cressi's were size 8-9. No socks or booties.
